Complimentary Orientations


Fitness Centre Orientation 19Y+


Our fitness staff will walk you through the gym/fitness centre, show you how to use the weight training and cardio equipment and offer some recommendations for a workout plan that's right for you.

Youth Access Orientation 13Y - 18Y


An orientation for youth between the ages of 13 and 15 years. Once complete youth will receive their Youth Access Pass and are able to use the Fitness Centre. Parent or guardian must be present.

Sampler Circuit 19Y+


Drop-in and learn the basics of a total body workout in these circuit conditioning classes. Learn the essentials of group fitness training and show you the proper way to perform a circuit style workout. No registration required.

Personal Training


Prevent injury, alleviate pain and build strength with Personal Training. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one training, small group fitness, or want to work with a Trainer to build a plan we have an option for you.

Supervision Hours


Our Fitness Centre Supervisors are on-site to help you. Please connect with them if you have any questions about the machines or need assistance with your workout. If you need access to the gymnasium during your workout time and the gym is not already booked, a gym supervisor may permit the use of the gymnasium in small numbers.
