Ridge Meadows Senior's Society provides recreation and social programming for the seniors of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows at the Ridge Meadows Seniors' Activity Centre and Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre Seniors Lounge. A wide range of ongoing activities, support groups, day trips and special events are offered.

The Activity Centre Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Newsletter
All regular activities and special events are listed in our monthly newsletter "GrapeVine". The Newsletter is a vital link to programs, so plan to pick one up every month. Submissions to "GrapeVine" in the form of ideas, articles and poetry are welcome, but must be received by the 10th of every month for the following month's publication. Please drop off submissions at the Ridge Meadows Seniors Reception Desk.

Health and Wellness Clinics for Seniors
Health and Wellness Clinics for Seniors are held in the Social Activity Room:
- Blood Pressure Testing, height/weight etc - every Tuesday 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
- Crystal Optical fixes lenses and clean hearing aids free of charge - second Tuesday of every month
- Safeway Pharmacist helps seniors with their medications. She is also a Diabetic Consultant and will advise on diet, insulin or diabetes in general.

Volunteers Make It Happen!
Many of the leisure activities provided by the Ridge Meadows Seniors' Society are coordinated and initiated by a group of dedicated volunteers. These volunteer leaders, organize weekly activities, ensure new members are always welcome and spend hours of dedicated time providing opportunities for seniors.
